Be a guest of Mother Nature why don’t you – Paul Cluver Amphitheatre delivers a bit of magic in the winelands

THE AMPHITHEATRE at Paul Cluver in the Elgin Valley is a South African wine route destination like none other. Few of the musicians and other entertainers who perform there fail to remark on the natural appeal and glorious intimacy of the venue, and anybody who’s enjoyed a picnic with Paul Cluver wines on the terraces or at one of the tables among the towering eucalyptus trees will (also) testify to a truly memorable occasion.

The pictures to the right and below give just an inkling of what it’s all about. For more images, the programme of events and ticket sales, click here. And for the latest reviews of top Paul Cluver whites, reds and desserts from the De Rust Estate outside Grabouw, click here.

Take a picnic or buy from the food stalls on site. No BYO wine allowed, but bring your own glasses and pour from the selection of PC on sale at the venue.

Will we go back? Absolutely!
